目前,随着对教育产出重要性认识的逐渐深化,世界教育发达国家开始将评估的重心由学校向学生转移,教育评估的科学化发展与制度性建设也日益受到教育主管部门的关注。文章通过描述美国、加拿大、澳大利亚、欧洲及印度等国家重视学生学习产出的发展趋势和特点,提出对完善我国高等教育质量保证体系和教育评估工作的启示和借鉴。 |

At present, with the gradual understanding of the importance of educational output, the developed countries all over the world have started to put focus on students. Chinese educational administrative department is paying close attention to the scientific development and institutional building of Educational assessment. The article describes the developing trends and characteristics of the students' learning outcomes of the United States, Canada, Australia, Europe, India and other countries and perfects the quality assurance system and educational assessment of the higher education. |
