      自20世纪80年代起,美国、加拿大等国开始在中小学教师专业资格认定中使用表现性评价。文章在对中小学教师表现性评价这一概念的核心内涵进行界定的基础上,简述了美、加等国推行表现性评价制度的基本情况,分析了表现性评价的积极意义;同时分析了其对我国中小学教师评价的积极借鉴价值;最后谈了我国实施中小学教师表现性评价的看法。
英文摘要:
      Since 1980s, many countries, such as USA and Canada have begun the performance assessments for teachers in primary and secondary schools. The assessment is mainly for their professional quality. This article explains the definition of the performance assessment for teachers of primary and secondary schools, introduces the methods adopted by these counties and analyses the active effects for the assessments to be carried in China. Finally, the article also presents suggestions in order to achieve further effects of the assessment in China.
