上海大学为教学质量保障进行了长期深入的实践和探索。以“长期、常态、长效”作为保障和提高教育教学质量工作的思路,并由此建构了一套以“质量策划、质量控制和质量改进”为主的教育质量保障体系。多年实践证明,遵循常态化的质量保障思路和配套于人财物的制度安排,持之以恒努力推进,教学质量保障体系就能真正融合于教学工作中,也就能内化成各级办学单位和广大师生的自觉行动,稳步提高高等教育质量。 |

Just taking the goal of “long term, normalization and high efficiency” as the basic principles to improve educational quality assurance and evaluation, we construct a system of academic assurance for the undergraduate teaching and learning in Shanghai University, which plays an important role in the process of quality planning, quality control and quality improvement. Furthermore, with the hard working on building the infrastructure on the normalization and optimization of the management system for rules, finance and staff, the academic assurance system begins to inoculate in the every aspect for teaching and learning. Thus, after several years’practice, we can improve our academic quality confidently not only for the teaching and learning, but also for the life long talent training program. |
