| 随着我国旅游业的飞速发展，旅游人才市场需求不断扩大，需要的人才规格也不断提高。本文在厘清旅游业发展对人才提出的新要求的基础上，针对我国旅游高等教育发展过程中呈现的主要不足，借鉴国际经验，从培养目标、课程体系、合作教育和职业指导四个方面提出其优化的途径。 |

| With the rapid development of China’s tourism industry, tourism talent market demand continues to expand, and the quality of talent needed is also rising. On the basis of the new requirements on tourism talents, in view of the insufficiency and major shortcomings in the process of its development，drawing on international experiences, the paper raises four pathways to optimize China’s tourism higher education training objectives, curriculum system, cooperative education and career guidance. |
