| 为加强旅游管理专业建设，推进高职高专旅游管理专业办学模式和人才培养模式的改革，增强办学活力，提高专业建设质量，形成更加合理的专业结构和布局，也为适合我国旅游业和发展需求，以及适应上海转型发展的需求，加快人才资源开发利用已成为上海旅游业在激烈的国际人才竞争中赢得主动权的重大战略选择。本文作者就上海转型发展条件下的高职高专旅游管理专业发展提出一些思考，并结合上海中侨职业技术学院的旅游专业改革提出发展思路。 |

| In order to strengthen the construction of the major of Tourism Management in high vocational colleges, to promote the their running modes and talent cultivation forms, to enhance the vitality of teaching, to improve the quality of professional education, to form reasonable major structure and layout; also in order to meet the needs of development of tourism industry in China, accelerating the talent resource exploitation and utilization has become a critical issue of Shanghai’s economy development. It also has become a strategy selection in international talent competition. This paper presents several viewpoints for the development of Tourism Management of higher vocational education in Shanghai economical transition. It also presents the developing plan of the major of Tourism Management in Shanghai Zhongqiao College. |
