      基于对中国109所高职示范院校教学质量监控组织机构设置等情况的调研,分析总结了当下中国高职院校四种典型的教学质量监控范式。文章认为,各高校内部组织结构改革时选择教学质量监控范式,要充分考虑到中国职业教育的时代特征、院校质量管理战略目标、教学质量监控效率的提升,以及校园文化的建设等综合因素;并通过榜样与对话的教学督导模式,打造教学质量管理共同体,方能有助于健全教学质量保障体系和运行机制,实现学校教学质量的科学持续发展。
英文摘要:
      Based on the empirical research of teaching quality monitoring organizations in 109 Higher Vocational Model Colleges, this article analyses and summarizes four kinds of typical teaching quality monitoring paradigms in these colleges. The article points out that the choice of teaching quality monitoring paradigm should give full consideration of the current characteristics in China’s vocational education, the college’s strategic objectives of quality management, the efficiency improvement of the teaching quality monitoring, as well as the campus culture. Also, the model of teaching quality monitoring can refer to the example and dialogue teaching supervision mode, build a teaching quality management community so as to realize the scientific continuing development of the college’s teaching quality.
