作为一家省级高等教育评估机构,如何“走以质量提升为核心的内涵式发展道路”,健全质量保障体系?《云南省高等职业院校特色评估方案》是为促进高校“内涵发展、特色发展”而制定的外部质量保障方案。基于2012年《评估方案》的理论和实践探索,本文剖析特色评估的指导思想和特色评估工作模式,认为特色评估试图反映高校“本色”与“特色”、“共性”与“个性”的统一,是把普遍性要求与差异性处理有机结合起来的一种有益尝试。 |

As a provincial evaluation organization of higher education, how can we “take the road to the
connotation development on the core of quality improvement” and modify the system of quality assurance?
“The Programme of Characteristic Evaluation in Higher Vocational Colleges in Yunnan Province” is the first
programme of the external quality assurance in China to promote the“connotation and characteristic
development”.Based on the exploration of the theory and practice of“ Characteristic Evaluation” in 2012,after
analyzing the guiding ideology and the model of characteristic evaluation, the paper considers that characteristic
evaluation is an attempt of the unification of both“ nature” and“ specialty , both“ similarity” and“ diversity” ,a
beneficial attempt to well combine the general requirements and different treatment. |
