大学生学业质量是高校教学质量的核心体现,因此,大学生学业质量评价是高校教学质 量评价的重要内容。高校有责任建立健全有效的学生学业质量评价体系?大学生学业质量评价体系 是指高校协调利用全部相关资源对学生学业相关的情况进行全面、全程、准确、及时地了解与记录, 并对获取的数据依据恰当的标准进行合理的评价,进而根据评价结果开展有针对性的信息反馈。该 体系应包括评价内容、评价标准、评价管理等三方面内容,涵盖个体评价与整体评价两个层面,涉及 起点评价、过程评价、毕业验收、追踪评价、指标体系、评价方法、组织运行、信息反馈等要素,秉持全 面性、全程性、全员性、准确性、科学性、综合性、协调性、教育性等原则,通过全面评价、量化计算等 方法,在制度、组织与设施条件等方面的保障下,以四个阶段全程跟踪、多部门配合联动的全面质量 管理模式实施,并坚持自检评估,自我完善。 |

Academic quality of university students is the core which reflects the education quality of a university. Therefore, its evaluation is the main body in the evaluation of a univer?sity. A universities has the responsibility to establish and perfect the evaluation system of stu?dents ' academic quality. The system requires the university to collect the most of the resources that are related to the students’ academic quality, and to record their academic situation entirely and accurately; then the university should evaluate those resources reasonably based on appropri?ate criteria, and carry out the specific feedback based on the evaluation results. The evaluation system should include evaluation content, evaluation criteria, and evaluation management; cover overall evaluation and individual evaluation; involve factors such as the starting point evaluation, process evaluation, graduation acceptance, tracking evaluation, index system, evaluation methods, organization and operation and information feedback, etc. It adheres to the principles of compre?hensiveness, full course and full people, accuracy, scientificity, integrity, coordination and education, and is completed with the help of the institutions, organizations and facilities in the univer?sity. University should implement this system in the way of four-stage-tracking and coordination with other departments to achieve the comprehensive evaluation and quantitative calculation, and self-evaluation and self-improvement. |
