      本文分析大学有效组织结构的特征,指出它至少应该包括:明确性、经济性、组织目标的 导向性、组织决策的稳定性、适应性、组织的可持续发展性。本文以一个大学为例,采用层次分析法 和模糊综合评判法对大学组织结构的有效性进行定量评判。通过构造目标层、准则层和指标层建立 了层次分析模型,构造了判断矩阵,确定了判断尺度,确定了权重,并且详细阐释了 一致性检验的计 算方法;并运用模糊综合评判法,确定最终评分。文中所述层次分析法和模糊综合评判法以及整个 评判过程有广泛的适用性,所得的评判结果可为大学组织变革提供参考。
英文摘要:
      The paper analyzes the efficiency of university organization structure. It points out the characteristics at least contain definition, economy, guidance of the organization target, stability of organization policies, adaptability, and sustainable development. This paper takes an university as an example, applies analytic hierarchy process (AHP) and fuzzy synthetical evaluation (FSE) to evaluate quantitatively the efficiency of university organization structure. The hierarchies of target, rules and indexes are determined, judgement matrix and judgement criteria are presented, and the weights are determined. The paper also introduces the validation of consistence, testing., The, results, are, lastly, concluded, by, using, FSE., The, method, applied, in, this, paper, can be used in many evaluation projects, and evaluation results can serve as references for the organization reform in universities.
