| 地方院校加强对院系本科教学工作的考核，是提升教学管理水平、提高人才培养质量的 重要举措。本文以安康学院院系本科教学工作的考核评估为例，介绍了院系考核评价指标体系的构 建及依据，列出了 7个一级指标及25个二级指标详细的评价标准；阐述了考核实施的过程和遵循 的原则，考核评估计算方法及考核结果;并在此基础上提出几点建设性的思考意见，希望为我国其 他地方本科院校实施院系教学工作的考核评估提供借鉴与参考。 |

| Strengthening the assessment of undergraduate teaching in local colleges and u-niversities+ is+ an+ important+ measure+ to+ improve+ the+ level+ of+ teaching+ management+ and+ improve+ the quality of personnel training. This paper takes Ankang University as an example to introduce the construction of the index system for evaluation of departments, and to analyze the reason for the index system. The secondary indexes holds 25 terms which are introduced in detail. The implementation of the assessment, the principles used in the assessment, the computation method as well as the assessment conclusions are presented. The authors really hope the work can provide reference of the evaluation and assessment for departments in other local colleges. |
