      学校布局调整为我国农村学校解决了规模小、条件差的困难,但同时也产生了新的问 题。本文通过对山东省某镇学校的调查研究,发现该镇学校布局调整总体实施情况较好,学校撤并 未导致学生家校距离过远,教师和家长普遍认为教学质量有所提高,学校布局基本合理,但也存在 一些问题。后布局调整时期,建议该镇停止撤并学校,适当恢复部分教学点,学校布局调整要广泛 征求意见,为教师提供便利的交通条件。

      The location adjustment in rural area solved the problem of small scale and poor conditions,but it results in some new problems. An investigation is taken in a town located in Shandong province It is found that schools are not too far from student homes. Teachers and parents generally believe that the teaching quality is improved,the layout of the school is basically reasonable. But there are also some problems. In the post-adjustment period,it is suggested that school consolidation should come to an end, part of teaching stations should be re-stored,wide consultation is necessary on school layout adjustment,convenient traffic for teachers should be provided.
