学业评价要求对教育的价值给出评判, 它在拔尖创新人才培养中占有导向性的重要作用。本文根据农学类人才培养特点和作者的教学实践,探讨了建立具有较高效度、较高信度以及具有良好的可操作性的学业评价体系的做法,指出应该从改进笔试评价、构建过程性评价、夯实民主评价、关注非预期成果的评价等方面入手,逐步建立完善有利于创新人才成长评价体系。文章分析上述每一种评价方法存在的问题,给出了具体实施方法 |

Academic evaluation should give an assessment for the education values. It plays a leading role in top-notch innovative personnel training. Based on the authors' experience and the characteristics of agronomic students, the paper deals with the establishment of such an evaluation system with high validity, reliability and good operability. It points out that the reform should consist of four aspects: the improvement of the written evaluation, the construction of the process evaluation, consolidation of democratic evaluation, and the evaluation of the unexpected results. Starting with these measures, an evaluation system which benefits innovative talents growth can be gradually established. Some current problems and improving suggestions are presented in the paper. |
