      教研午餐会是上海交通大学教学发展中心的一项常规业务, 本文从反馈意见和教师访谈两方面对上海交通大学的71 期午餐会作用进行了归纳, 发现主题是吸引教师参与的关键因素,主题发言人和主持人的选择是午餐会成功与否的重要指标,另外,午餐会观点集锦的派送也必不可少。本研究对服务教学研究工作的启示是,教学中心应鼓励广大教师积极参与教学研究工作,应积极研究活动的主题、形式等,满足各种教师需求。
英文摘要:
      Faculty teaching luncheon is a regular activity in Center for Teaching and Learning Development (CTLD) of Shanghai Jiao Tong University. This paper analyzed average satisfaction of 71 Teaching Luncheons by questionnaire and interview. The results indicated that the topic of luncheon is the key factor for attracting the faculty numbers to participate, the speaker or host is also an important indicator of the success of a luncheon, and the delivery of view highlights is also essential. The inspiration of this study is that CTLD should encourage faculty to actively participate in teaching research, investigate topics and activity forms to meet faculty needs.
