      现代制造业是东莞经济的基础和核心。当前东莞以国际性加工制造业为主的外源型经济已具有较大的规模,对机电类专业人才培养质量提出了更高的职业素质要求。职业素养是人才培养模式的核心要素之一,是教育教学改革的主要方面。素质教育和时代要求的课程实践体系不断完善,人才培养模式改革不断深化,对育人的针对性、实效性等有了更高的追求。在此背景下,应用型本科机电专业利用实践教学体系构建与高素质培养目标相适应的德育平台和有效运行机制, 高效实现教书育人的职责,同时帮助学生树立正确的人生观,形成理想人格,塑造良好的个性。
英文摘要:
      The modern manufacturing is the foundation and core of economy of Dongguan. With Dongguan economy develops continuously, rapidly and healthily, the international economy model of manufacturing industry has larger scale. Society puts forward higher requirement for technique education for cultivating qualified talents with major of manufacture. Quality education is then needed to be perfected. Reforms in talent cultivation mode need to be deepen. Educational pertinence, effectiveness must be further enhanced. Under this background, professional colleges are actively exploring moral education platform and efficient operation mechanism to meet with the goal of high-quality training target by practical teaching system. Moral education platform will help students in learning theoretical knowledge and practical skills at the same time to establish an attitude for their life, achieve their ideal personality and shape good characters.
