现代学徒制是职业教育服务当前经济社会发展的有效的人才培养模式, 将职业教育与劳动就业进行互动发展,是深化产教融合、校企合作,推进工学结合、知行合一的有效途径。目前现代学徒制还处在试点阶段,为了保证试点项目顺利开展,积极探索“边试点、边诊断、边改进、边总结”的专业建设思路,将专业教学诊断与改进机制引入现代学徒制试点项目中,设计出了专业诊断流程,根据现代学徒制的特殊性,构建了现代学徒制教学诊断指标体系,明确了诊断的具体项目,强化了过程性诊断。 |

Modern apprenticeship is an effective personnel training mode in era of vocational education serving to current economic and social development. It can promote interactive development,
and also the cooperation of vocational education and labor employment, universities
and enterprises. At present, the modern apprenticeship is still in its pilot phase. In order to ensure smooth implementation of pilot projects, the paper actively explored the method of“combination of piloting, diagnosing, improving, and summarizing”. The mechanism of professional teaching diagnosis and improvement was introduced to professional construction pilot project. We designed the professional diagnosis process according to the particularity of modern apprenticeship, built an index system for the diagnosis. We also make clear the specific projects of diagnosis, and strengthen the process diagnosis. |
