      本文介绍“博洛尼亚进程”的实施过程,归纳了它的特点,指出由于它是政府官员和专家联合制订的发展路线,具有卓越的洞察力、坚强的执行力,具有目标和原则上的一致性及路线和操作的自主性,它有力地推动了欧洲高等教育的改革发展。文章还介绍了在“博洛尼亚进程”中波兰高等教育的情况,重点分析它在前期的发展和近期的紧缩,初步分析了原因。文章最后就博洛尼亚进程和波兰的高等教育发展归纳了对我国高等教育的启示。
英文摘要:
      This paper introduces the implementation of“Bologna Process” and concludes its features. It points out that since it was designed by government officers and educational experts,it has excellent perspicacity, adamantly implementing ability, uniformity in goal and principles, and flexibility in developing path and operation. It greatly promotes the development of higher education in Europe. The paper also introduces the development of Polish higher education. Before 2010, it was the expansion period of Polish higher education, but now is in contraction period. The causes are analyzed preliminarily. At last, the inspiration to Chinese higher education is discussed.
