我国高校教师考核评价,存在重学历轻学术、重职称轻称职、重科研轻教学、重数量轻质量、重奖惩轻发展、重结果轻过程等问题。为此,2016 年8 月教育部出台了《关于深化高校教师考核评价制度改革的指导意见》(简称《指导意见》)提出“师德为先、教学为要、科研为基、发展为本”的总要求。2017 年8 月教育部公示了中国人民大学等40 所高校入选教师考核评价改革示范校,示范校的确定将进一步推动深化高校教师考核评价改革的进程。此次确定的示范校旨在更好地贯彻《指导意见》精神,积极探索高校教师考核评价改革。 |

The appraisement of teachers of higher education exists "double-six" phenomenon,
i.e., making heavy of educational record but light of learning, heavy of professional title but light of working ability, heavy of scientific research but light of teaching, heavy of amount but light of quality, heavy of reward and punishment but light of development, heavy of result but light of process. In August of 2016, the Ministry of EducationW issued a- document to require that morality is the priority, teaching is the key point, science research is the foundation, and development is the core. and in august of 2017 the ministry pointed several universities as demonstrating units. The target of the assignment is to explore and promote the reform of the appraisement of teachers. |
