随着研究生教育大众化与国际化的不断发展,研究生教育质量政策的价值取向呈现出几个阶段性演进迭代的变化趋势,并对应价值倡导、规范限定、资源配置与信息公开等四类相应的政策工具。在此过程中,研究生教育质量从统一理念走向多元内涵,在政府、市场、高校、高校师生及理论界等多元主体的互动中,研究生培养质量逐渐被视为研究生教育质量的关键内容,成为高校研究生教育自主发展的核心价值诉求,这也是成长中的研究生教育学学科理论话语体系中的一个核心概念。 |

As graduate education becomes more accessible and international, the policy text analysis shows that graduate education quality had developed into several typical periods. The above periods correspond to value advocation, standard limitation, resource allocation and information disclosure, respectively. During the shaping procedure, graduate education quality has become more diversified in terms of philosophies and connotations.In the interaction among multiple subjects such as the government, the market, universities, teachers and students as well as theoretical field, graduate training quality has gained more and more attention. It not only becomes a core value pursuit of graduate education, but also a core concept in the theoretical discourse system. |
