大学治理现代化为高校本科教学评估提供了三重逻辑遵循:坚持以学生为中心;注重教育增值过程;去主体中心化,激发内生治理意识。在实然状态中,高校本科教学评估在认知、方法和实践层面陷入窠臼,即面临为了评估而评估、工具理性的遮蔽、多元主体的失衡等现实缺憾。由此,以实现大学治理现代化为目标,新时代高校本科教学评估的实践进路应为:一是坚持理念与行动并构,构建学生参与评估的能动框架;二是定量与定性结合,创新健全常态化的监测评估方法;三是坚持自评与他评统一,形成多元协商共治的有机格局。 |

Modernization of university governance provides a three-fold logic for undergraduate teaching evaluation,mainly refers to adhering to student-centered stand, focusing on education value-added process and stimulating endogenous governance awareness. However, undergraduate teaching evaluation is stuck in the aspects of epistemology, methodology and practice. It is facing the difficulties of evaluation for the sake of“evaluation”, the concealment of instrumental rationality, and the absence of multiple subjects. Therefore, the practical approach is as follows in order to realize the purpose of modernization of university governance. The first is to adhere to the combination of ideas and actions to build an active framework for students to participate in the evaluation. The second is to combine quantitative and qualitative approaches, innovate and perfect normalized monitoring and evaluation methods. The third is to adhere to the unification of self-evaluation and other evaluations, and form a multiple consultation and co-governance pattern. |
