当前,我国高校评教机构存在变迁动力不足、对评教旧制度的路径依赖、与我国传统文化存在内在冲突三个层面的挑战。借鉴斯坦福大学、剑桥大学、华盛顿大学、香港中文大学、哈佛大学五所高校在制度环境建设和技术环境建设方面的经验,发现该五校突出教育质量提升功能的评教机构命名、重视机构独立性、突出为师生服务的机构使命和价值观、以学科专家为主体的多元机构人员构成、以用户角度呈现信息等做法都对我国高校评教机构改革有积极的借鉴意义。 |

There are three challenges in Chinese teaching evaluation institutions: lack of impetus for reform, path dependence on the old system of teaching evaluation, and the conflict with the Chinese traditional culture. Drawing lessons from five famous universities on the construction of institutional environment and technical environment, we find that their practices in highlighting the function of improving teaching quality in organization naming, appreciating institutional independence, emphasizing the service function of the organization mission and values, having the diversified personnel composition with subject experts as the main body, presenting the information from user’s perspective can provide significant reference for the reform of China’s teaching evaluation institutions in higher education. |
