      在工具理性的强势扩张和绩效评价盛行的背景下,青年教师心理压力和职业焦虑影响着高等教育教书育人和学术创新使命的达成。了解高校青年教师职业发展的困顿,分析青年教师职业压力的影响因素,对于破解教师职业发展难题,回归高等学校本真职责,遵循教师学术发展的规律,完善教师考核评价制度,保护教师教书育人的内在兴趣,寻找支持青年教师学术研究与持续创新的内在动力,探索由制度约束走向文化生成的内生力量具有十分重要的意义。
英文摘要:
      In the context of the violent expansion of instrument rationality and the prevalence of performance evaluation, the psychological pressure and occupational anxiety of young teachers have affected the achievement of the mission of imparting knowledge, educating people, and realizing academic innovation in higher education institutes. Understanding the difficulties in the professional development of young teachers in colleges and universities, and analyzing the factors that influence their professional pressure are of great significance to solve the problems of the young teachers’ professional development and return to the true responsibilities of colleges and universities. It will be also of great importance to help improving the teacher evaluation system by following the laws of teachers’ academic development, protecting young teachers inherent interest in teaching and educating people,finding the inner motivation to support their academic research and continuous innovation, and exploring the endogenous force that drives the transition from institution constraints to culture generation.
