      加强教育督导研究是深化新时代教育督导保障机制改革的重要举措,但目前存在教育督导队伍科研意识不强,科研氛围没有形成;研究力量薄弱,学术队伍尚未成形;科研培训偏少,能力提升针对性弱;交流平台稀缺,督学学术视野狭窄;激励机制欠缺,科研意愿消极被动等问题。因此,建议树立科研兴督理念,营造督导文化氛围;加强研究机构建设,注重人才队伍培养;开展教育科研培训,提高督学科研能力;增进学术交流合作,发挥专业引领作用;完善科研激励机制,助推督学专业发展。
英文摘要:
      Strengthening the research of educational supervision is an important measure to deepen the reform of the guarantee mechanism of educational supervision in the new era. However, there are some problems such as weak scientific research awareness of the educational supervision team and lack of scientific research atmosphere; weak research force and lack of academic team; lack of scientific research training,and low pertinence to improve the ability of educational supervisors; scarcity of communication platform, and narrow academic vision of supervisors; lack of incentive mechanism and passive willingness of scientific research and so on. Therefore, it is suggested to establish the concept of invigorating supervision through scientific research and create a cultural atmosphere of supervision; strengthen the construction of research institutions and pay attention to personnel training; carry out education and scientific research training in order to improve scientific research ability of supervisors; enhance academic exchanges and cooperation and play a leading role in professional development; improve the incentive mechanism of scientific research to boost the development of supervision major.
