COVID-19 Pandemic has brought great challenges to college teaching, online teaching has gradually become the “new normal” in higher education in the pandemic era, and is very important for quality assurance of online teaching. Therefore, at the platform of the Asia-Pacific Quality Network (APQN), through online survey, the research team found that online teaching quality in the Asia-Pacific region is not very optimistic, and online teaching support services, teaching behaviors and learning behaviors need to be improved. At the same time, factor analysis and Delphi method are used to explore and develop APQN Standard for Online-teaching Quality Assurance from five aspects, i.e., online teaching environment, teachers’ online teaching, learners’ online learning, presentation of online teaching outcomes and online-teaching quality assurance. The APQN standard has the following six characteristics, i.e., scientific ideas, diversified objects, diversified evaluators, comprehensive criteria, dynamic process and effective results, whose purpose is to provide reference for the high-quality development of online teaching. |
