增值评价强调发展、重视起点、关注过程、综合考查学生发展的影响因素,对促进教育变革与发展有一定的现实意义。教育增值评价基于公平性、差异化和素质为先的发展理念,在促进教育均衡化、学校特色化和师生个性化等方面发挥了很大的作用,但增值评价的应用仍存在缺乏统一的标准、评价数据收集难度较大、评价模型多样且复杂、结果应用受限等问题。通过在数据搜集上引入数字技术、承认评价差异性的存在以及对结果报告进行多角度解读等,提出优化措施以提升其应用的可行性。 |

Value-added evaluation emphasizes development, pays attention to the starting point and process, as well as comprehensively examines the influencing factors of students’ development. It has certain practical significance to promote educational change and development. Based on the development concept of fairness, differentiation and quality first, educational value-added evaluation has made great contributions in promoting educational equalization, school specialization and teacher-student individualization. However, there are still some problems in the application of value-added evaluation, such as the lack of uniform standards, the difficulty in collecting evaluation data, the diversity and complexity of evaluation models, and the limited application of results. Therefore, we attempt to improve the feasibility of data collection by introducing digital technology, acknowledging the existence of evaluation differences, and interpreting the results report from multiple perspectives, in order to improve the viability of its application. |
