      教育部明确职业院校“双师型”教师占比不低于50%,并提出具体认定标准。在分析职业院校“双师型”教师队伍建设存在的现实困境的基础上,指出要建设货真价实的“双师型”教师队伍,必须改革职业院校的办学评价体系,建立教师同行评价机制。
英文摘要:
      The Ministry of Education has clearly specified that the proportion of “double-qualified” teachers in vocational colleges shall be no less than 50%, and puts forward specific accreditation criteria. This paper analyzes the realistic dilemma in building teams of “double-qualified” teachers in vocational colleges. It also points out that in order to construct genuine teams of “double-qualified” teachers, we must reform the school-running evaluation system of vocational colleges, and establish a peer evaluation mechanism.
