      新加坡非常重视基础教育评价制度的构建,并将基于质量管理的教育评价作为促进学生全面发展、提高学校教育教学质量的重要手段。经过数次改革,基础教育质量评价从最初“唯分数”的考试评价逐步转向“重素质”的综合评价,评价制度体系主要包括考试测评制度、卓越学校制度、校群督导制度。借鉴新加坡的经验,我国在基础教育评价改革中应该合理运用课程考试评价的结果,加强对中小学校长的评价管理,强化对学校办学质量的过程评价。
英文摘要:
      Singapore attaches great importance to the construction of the evaluation system of basic education, and takes the education evaluation based on quality management as an important means to promote the all-round development of students and improve the quality of school education and teaching. After several reforms, the quality evaluation of basic education has gradually changed from the examination evaluation of “score-only” to the “quality-oriented” comprehensive evaluation. The evaluation system mainly includes: examination and evaluation system, excellent school system and group supervision system. Using Singapore’s experience for reference, China can explore the reform of basic education evaluation in the following aspects such as making rational use of the results of curriculum examination evaluation, strengthening the evaluation management of primary and secondary school principals, as well as the process evaluation of school-running quality.
