教育评估是教育体系的重要组成部分,也是教育现代化的重要治理手段。高质量教育体系需要高质量教育评估。针对当前教育评估存在的问题与不足,从理念、原则、机制、标准、方法和工具等方面阐述高质量教育评估的内涵要义,并提出构建多元参与的评估体系、深化专业机构能力建设、创新现代信息技术运用和加强高校相关学科专业建设等推进高质量教育评估的策略,以提高教育评估的科学性、专业性和客观性。 |

Education evaluation is an important part of the education system and an important means of governance for education modernization. High-quality education system needs high-quality education evaluation. In view of the problems existing in the current education evaluation, the connotation elements of high-quality education evaluation from the aspects of concept, principle, mechanism, standard, method and tool are expounded, and the strategies to promote high-quality education evaluation are put forward, such as constructing multi-participation evaluation system, deepening the capacity building of professional institutions, innovating the application of modern information technology and strengthening the construction of relevant disciplines and specialties in colleges and universities, so as to improve the scientificity, professionality and objectivity of education evaluation. |
