      在以绩效主义为导向的教师评价体系中,形成了针对中小学教师的教学锦标赛制。行政权力集中导致的资源集中是形成教学锦标赛制的基础,绩效主义在教育评价领域的兴起是其重要因素,利益共谋是其形成的根本动力。但是受到新管理主义和新自由主义思想的影响,教学锦标赛制在实践中产生了异化。参赛教师在参赛过程中更加关注教学技巧而忽视了教学的本质;忽视学生的感受,与日常课堂教学相脱离;教育管理部门注重选拔与引导,忽视教师个性发展。为了深化教师评价体系改革,需要转变功利倾向,贯彻立德树人的根本任务;回归日常课堂教学,打磨一堂“优质课”;构建教师多元评价体系。

      In performance-oriented teacher evaluation system, teaching tournament system for primary and secondary school teachers has been formed. The concentration of administrative power leads to the concentration of resources, which is the basis of the formation of teaching tournament system. The rise of performance-ism in the field of educational evaluation is an important factor, and interest collusion is the fundamental driving force. By the influence of new managerialism and neoliberalism, teachers pay more attention to teaching skills while ignoring the essence of teaching, ignore students’ feelings and separate from daily classroom teaching. Education administration departments pay attention to selection and guidance, while neglecting teacher's personality development. In order to deepen the reform of teacher evaluation system, we need to change the utilitarian tendency and carry out the fundamental task of cultivating people through morality, return to daily classroom teaching, and construct a multiple evaluation system.
