      教师创新评价为建设高素质专业化创新型教师队伍提供了重要依据。目前,我国幼儿教师创新评价存在评价标准不合时宜、评价模式单向度、评价结果急功近利等问题。以平衡理念引领幼儿教师创新评价,需要构建综合型的创新评价标准,培育多元共治的创新评价队伍,设立多功能的创新激励机制;在实践中发现评价标准的真实基点、建设评价模式的民主基点、寻求评价结果的超越基点。
英文摘要:
      Innovation evaluation of teachers provides an important basis for the construction of high-quality, professional and innovative teaching force. However, the innovation evaluation of preschool teachers in China has problems such as inappropriate evaluation standards, unidirectional evaluation mode, and shortsighted evaluation results. In order to develop the innovation evaluation of preschool teachers with the concept of balance, we need to construct comprehensive evaluation standard, cultivate multi-governing evaluation team, and establish multi-functional incentive mechanism. In practice, we should develop true basis of evaluation criteria, establish democratic basis of evaluation model and find surpassing basis of evaluation results.
