      趋同培养是来华留学生教育工作的发展方向,也是提升来华留学生教育质量的关键举措。趋同培养不仅是一种教育管理模式,更是一种深层次的价值选择与融合。当前,高校趋同培养依然存在诸多制约因素和实践误区。在推进趋同培养的过程中,管理模式趋同是突破,培养过程协同是核心,文化理念认同是关键。高校需要根据自身情况合理选择趋同路径,东西方互鉴,取长补短,打破原有封闭、差异化的管理模式,实现中外教育模式的高度融通和中外文化的交流互通,打造具有中国特色、国际水平、开放包容的高等教育人才培养体系。
英文摘要:
      Convergent cultivation is a development direction of education for international students studying in China and is a crucial measure to enhance the educational quality. Convergent cultivation is not only an educational management model, but also a kind of value choice and integration. Currently, in the convergent cultivation there still exists many limiting factors and practical misconceptions. In the process of promoting convergent cultivation, convergence of management mode is the breakthrough, coordination of cultivation process is the core, and identification of cultural concept is the key. Universities need to choose the reasonable convergent path based on their own situation, drawing on strengths of both the East and the West, breaking the closed management mode, so as to achieve a high-standard integration between domestic and international education models, realize the exchange of Chinese and foreign cultures, and build an open and inclusive talent cultivation system.
