      “第一学历”歧视是我国高校毕业生就业中存在的老问题。文章分析了“第一学历”歧视的本质、危害与根源,指出治理“第一学历”歧视必须扭转用人单位的“唯学历”“唯名校”用人导向;另一方面,要深入推进教育管理与评价改革,消除大学的身份标签,引导大学重视人才培养质量。
英文摘要:
      “First-degree” discrimination is an old problem existing in the employment of university graduates in China. This paper analyzes the essence, harm and source of the discrimination, and points out that in order to rectify the discrimination, we must reverse the employment orientation of “academic degree only” and “elite university only”, as well as deepen the reform of education management and evaluation,so as to eliminate the identity label of universities and to guide universities to focus on the quality of talent training.
