      教育督导在规范办园行为、提升学前教育质量方面具有不可替代的作用。作为世界上较早进行学前教育督导的国家之一,英国学前教育督导经历了两级督导、中央为主的分散督导、中央为主的统一督导三个阶段,并呈现出以下三个方面的特点:以学前儿童的需要与发展为核心追求;督导过程明确规范,强调多维互证;以促进学前教育机构质量改进与提升为基本宗旨。这为我国优化与完善学前教育督导提供了有益镜鉴。

      Education supervision plays an irreplaceable role in regulating kindergarten management behavior and improving the quality of preschool education. England is one of the earliest countries in the world to conduct education supervision of preschool education, the supervision has gone through three stages: two-level supervision, decentralized supervision dominated by the central government, and unified supervision dominated by the central government. It presents the following three characteristics: taking the needs and development of preschool children as the core pursuit; the supervision process is clear and standardized, emphasizing multidimensional and mutual verification; the basic purpose is to promote the improvement and enhancement of the quality of preschool education institutions. This provides useful insights for optimizing and improving the education supervision system of preschool education in China.
