    PhD，work as president of Shanghai Education Institute. He has engaged in higher education teaching and scientific research and management work for many years. Furthermore, he has expressed more than 10 term papers in many periodicals, such as Education Development Research 、Higher Education in China、Journal of East China Normal University（Education Science Edition）、Higher Education Development and Evaluation and awarded first prize for outstanding achievements in educational science research in Shanghai.
