It is free for authors to visit and download these articles. Each issue of paper version of this journal is sent to the Shanghai Press and Publication Bureau for archiving in accordance with related regulations. The official Website of this journal provides all published articles for readers to review. The Website will be operated so long as the journal exists. If this journal is no longer published for some certain reasons, the Website of the journal will keep a linkage under the Website of “Shanghai Education Evaluation Institute”, and readers can review by using the linkage.
