Academic Norms
This journal strictly abides by national laws and regulations, abides by and defends the academic norms promulgated by the state and local and academic organizations, and resolutely resists academic misconduct such as plagiarism and fraud. Before the publication, the journal will conduct a “checking” of the manuscript, and will not publish the manuscript with the repetition rate exceeding the requirements of this journal. It also requires the reviewing experts to pay attention to the review of the academic misconduct when reviewing the manuscript. Once the academic misconduct is detected, it will be retracted and announced. The journal editorial department strictly enforces the process of “preliminary review, review and final review” for all articles published. Each contribution is sent to peer experts for preliminary review, and then it enters the editorial review process. All of the peer experts are educational senior experts in their research fields, and promise to strictly follow the interest avoidance system and pre-publication confidentiality system. Only original manuscripts which have not been published are required. All ideas, arguments, and direct phrasings from someone else's work must be appropriately quoted and cited. Multiple submissions of one manuscript are forbidden. Authorship credit should be based only on contributions to the manuscript. All authors should agree on the order of authorship among themselves and the content of the manuscript. No page charge is made for this journal. You will receive the payment and the journal where your article is published when the journal is issued.
