教学质量评价是学校教育质量管理活动的重要一环,其目的是通过评价来改进教学,提高教学质量,以确保持续满足学生全面、和谐发展的需要,它不同于诸如高考之类的选拔性的评价。根据教育服务观,评价对象主要是施教者,评价内容主要是施教者的“教”,评价主体主要是受教者,评价策略主要是过程性评价。据此,学校教学质量评价,无论是在评价理念上,还是在评价实践上必须实现四大根本性的转变。这是学校教育本质和教师职业的性质所决定的。 |

Abstract: |
Quality evaluation of teaching and learning, which differs from that of selective evaluations, such as examination for admission to universities, is one of the most important jobs in school quality management and the ultimate purpose by means of quality evaluation of teaching and learning, to satisfied students requirements of their full, complete and harmonious development. In quality evaluation of teaching and learning, the instructor is basically of evaluation object, the educators’ teaching is of the content, process evaluation is of the evaluation strategy, on the basis of theory of educational services. In view of the reasons, four fundamental changes should be made both in evaluation idea and evaluation practice in quality evaluation of teaching and learning. This is determined by the essence of school education and characteristics of teachers’ profession. |
