| 20世纪50年代以来,我国台湾地区私立高校实现跨越式发展，其办学层次高、教育品质好，成为台湾地区高等教育体系中重要的组成部分。研究表明，完善的法人治理机制是台湾地区私立高校实现持续、健康发展最重要的保障因素。本文从外部治理机制和内部治理机制两个维度深入解读台湾地区私立高校治理的做法及经验，并剖析其对完善中国大陆民办高等学校法人治理结构、实现良善治理所具有的启示意义与借鉴作用。 |

| Abstract: |
| Since 1950s, the private universities in Taiwan, China have been keeping a continued leap forward in developments with features of high level of running schools and good educational quality, so these universities have become an important part of higher education system in the area. The perfect corporate governance mechanism is one of the key ensuring factors that keeps the sustainable，effective and healthy development of Taiwan’s private universities. Therefore, the governing experiences of Taiwan’s private universities that got from the analysis of external governance mechanism and internal governance mechanism could provide some inspirations and references for the promotion of the corporate governing structure and the healthy governance of the mainland’s private universities. |
