| 教育投入的分配以及使用效益直接关系到我国教育事业的发展和人才的培养，因此对其进行绩效评估是量化教育投入使用效益、优化教育资源配置的重要举措。绩效评估的重点在于建立衡量项目结果的相关指标，以目标为导向监督资金的使用状况，提高资金的使用效率。本文将以上海市闵行区教育项目为例介绍绩效评估的可行方式以及目前教育投入普遍存在的绩效问题。 |

| The distribution and effectiveness of education expenditure are keys to the development of education and the talents training in one country, thus doing performance evaluation to this special spending is essential for improving effectiveness of expenditure and optimizing the allocation of resource. The emphasis on performance evaluation is to set up resultoriented indicators, to make sure the effectiveness of the money use. This paper will take the example of education programs of Minhang District to introduce a practicable way of performance evaluation on education programs and present the problems existed in the education expenditure use. |
