论教育评估的社会角色

摘要:
教育评估作为社会角色,既有现实意义又有可能价值;既有热点聚焦又有亮点辐射;既有精英主导又有大众参与——人和教育在实践中的互动关系,不仅体现在教育作为社会角色在目标和结果等固化形态方面的意义,而且还体现在教育评估作为社会角色在过程和调控等非固化形态方面的价值。本文在这一思考中,由时间效应分析、在空间点面思考,力图达到教育评估所追求的,为更多民众所知晓、掌握、推进的理想教育愿景。

Abstract:
As a social role, educational evaluation has both practical meaning and possible value. It has both a focus and a spotlight; It has the participations from both the elite and the public. The interaction between human beings and education in practice is not only reflected the significance of education as a social role in cured form of the goals and results, but also in the non cured form of the process and regulation. This article thinks the functions of educational evaluation through the time and spatial effects, and tries to reach the education evaluation’s goals, which allows more people are aware of, master and promote the ideal educational vision.
