| 通过对上海部分新建民办二本一年级学生学习动力问题的抽样调查和分析，比较国内外大学一年级教育教学模式，剖析现阶段新建民办二本一年级教育教学模式的不适应性，本文在此基础上，建议成立“大学第一年教育研究中心”，确立学生学习主体地位、构建全员育人体系、进行心理健康教育、实施职业规划教育。建议创新“大学第一年教育”形式: 如加大参与社会实践力度，革新教材和课程设置，创办网上易班、学校和家庭互动网站，邀请家长参与新生教育等。这些建议，旨在使新生能迅速适应大学生活，融入社会。 |

| A Survey of Study Motivation of the First year Students in Second Tier Private Colleges |

| The survey was carried out to analyze the study motivation for the first year students in second tier private colleges. By comparing domestic and overseas teaching models for these students, the inadaptability of teaching model in these colleges was discussed. Base on the analyzing results, the paper suggested that these colleges should set up research centers for the first year students, take students’study as the priority, establish educational systems involved all sides of the college, carry out mental health education, and implement career plan. The paper also suggested to innovate educational model for the first year students, such as enhancing the students’ dynamics for social activities, innovating the teaching curriculum and materials, delivering the online courses, setting up a website platform for the interaction of college teachers and students’ parents, and inviting parents to join the education of the first year students. All of these suggestions would help these students to adapt college life, step into the society. |
