摘要:

教育评估监测是在现代治理理念指导下，运用科学的方法采集和分析相关数据，进而对特定的教育事实作出精确判断，服务于教育决策和实践的一种专业活动。大数据必然引发教育监测评估的变革。大数据背景下教育评估监测是由监测、判断、评估、建议组成的一个连续的、动态的整体，具有网络—联动化、系统—定向化、人机—融合化等特点，开展教育评估监测要遵循以人为本、团结协作、系统分析的原则，以学生核心素养发展、教育事业保障水平、教育重大改革项目、教育事业发展水平等为关键内容。
