本文通过对苏州市80 名小学新入职教师的问卷调查以及其中3 名小学新入职教师的访谈调查,从职业情感、工作心理、职业技能以及人际关系等四个方面对近一年来入职的小学新教师的职业适应状况进行调查和分析。结果显示,小学新教师总体职业适应状况良好,但也存在一定的问题,如在教学工作上负担较重、学生管理上存在一些困难等。 |

This article investigates vocational adaptation of 80 new primary school teachers by a questionnaire survey and three new primary school teacher' interviews whichinvolvefour aspects: professional emotional,psychological,professional- skills,and- interpersonal relationships.
