| 摘要: |
| 新世纪以来，地方高校普遍将通识教育选修课纳入人才培养方案之中。随着时间的推移
和时代的进步，通识教育选修课普遍存在课程的针对性不强、特色不鲜明、教师动能不足、教学管理
不到位、学生学习积极性不高、教学效果差强人意等问题。而整体设计的不足、管理的不到位、授课
时间的不恰当是问题产生的主要原因。解决这些问题的主要措施是课程资源的多样化、学分获取的
多元化、课程内容的专题化、课程建设的精品化、学习方式的多样化等。总之，要紧紧抓住互联网这
一技术，通过“互联网+ 通选课”推动通选课的改革，实现通选课多样化，以充分满足多元化时代学
生的多元化需求。 |

| Abstract: |
| Since the new century, local colleges and universities have commonly opened the
courses for the general education. With the passage of time and the progress of teaching program,
many disadvantages of general education appeared, for example, the target of opened
courses were not clear, their features were not obvious, teachers had no passion in classrooms,
teaching management lacked, class hours were not suitable, students were not enthusiastic. The
main measures to solve these problems are to discover diverse curriculum resources, set up multi-
approaches for credit gain, curriculum content should be thematic, curriculum construction
should focus on quality, learning modes should be diversified. In short, the key is to seize the
Internet, we should promote the reform the general education by “Internet + optional courses”
so that the students demands can be satisfied. |
