| 科学计量学被广泛应用于评价科研活动和绩效考评。它通过对人员、经费、论文等方面的考察，达到评估目的。大学排行榜也属于应用科学计量手段的一类评价体系，笔者以教育部第四轮学科评估体系为例，分析了指标体系包含的内容，考察了其中的利与弊，并就指标体系建设方面提出了相关建议。 |

| By survey of faculty, funds and papers, scientometrics has been widely applied in
scientific research assessment and performance assessment. University ranking is also a kind of evaluation system of scientometrics. The paper takes the fourth-round discipline indicator evaluation system of Ministry of Education as an example makes an analysis for contents of the indicator system, points out the pros and cons, and gives the suggestion for indicator system construction.
