| 目前我国的高等教育评估进行得如火如荼， 尤其是外部评估， 即政府对高校进行的评估，取得了不小的成绩。与此相反，我国高校的内部评估，即大学的自我评估却相当不成熟，而且容易被大学自身忽视。文章以日本广岛大学进行案例研究，就其自我评估的理念、内容、组织机构以及结果公布进行介绍和分析，总结其成功经验，为我国高等教育自我评估提供参考和借鉴。 |

| Abstract: |
| At present， higher education evaluation in China is developing warmly，especially，
the external evaluation， i.e， the Chinese government organizes# evaluations to colleges and universities. These evaluations have great achievement. In contrast， internal assessment， i.e.， the self-evaluation， in colleges and universities is not mature. By taking Japanese Hiroshima University as a case study，this paper introduces and analyzes the concept of the self-evaluation， evaluation content， structure， process# and results of implementation of self-evaluation. These may provide references for our country's higher education to improve their self-evaluation. |
