“3+X”高校自我评估体系的构建与实践——基于浙江大学宁波理工学院的个案分析

摘要:
本着自我约束、自我完善、自我发展的主动要求,浙江大学宁波理工学院构建了以质量为目标、以评价为手段、以结果为导向、全方位的“3+X”自我评估工作体系,周期性地对学校总体、二级学院、职能部门三个层面开展评估,不定期地对各种教育教学工作开展专项评估。本文探讨了“3+X”高校自我评估工作体系的构建及实践,以期为学校开展自我评估提供有益借鉴。

Abstract:
Based on constraints of self-discipline, self-improvement and self-development, a full-scale self-evaluation (3+X) system is constructed in Ningbo Institute of Technology, Zhejiang University (NIT, ZJU). The education quality of NIT, the colleges and the management quality of the administrative departments are evaluated periodically by the 3+X evaluation system. The construction and practice of the “3+X” self-evaluation system are discussed in this paper to provide some experiences for other universities.
