| “双一流”建设已经成为中国高等教育的一件大事，在“双一流”政策的背景下，部分高校做出了裁撤本校“弱势学科”的应对举措。为探究此类举措对高校治理产生的影响，通过文献分析法和访谈法进行研究，发现此类应对性裁撤“弱势学科”的行为对高校的学科生态发展、师资力量存续、人才培养结构等产生了负面影响。因此各学科治理主体应慎重对待“弱势学科”的治理，尊重学科发展规律，优化学科治理方式，创造学科生态健康发展的积极局面。 |

| Abstract: |
| Under the background of "DoubleP First class" which is the most important event in Chinese higher education， some universities have eliminated "weak subjects" as a replying measure. In order to find out the impact of the measure on the university governance， the authors used the literature analysis method and interview method to research the problem， and have found that the measure have caused some negative effects about the ecological development of subject of universities， the survival of teachers and the structure of talents cultivation. Therefore， it is necessary to carefully treat the governance of "weak subjects"， to respect the law of discipline development， to optimize the way of discipline governance， and to create a positive ecology situation for the healthy development of discipline. |
