文章以Z 职院学前教育专科毕业顶岗实习学生为研究对象,共抽样调查学生280 位。调查显示,学前教育专业的学生顶岗实习主要是让学生直接到一线教学岗位以顶岗任课的方式来开展教育实习,学生对实习的总体满意度较好,但有50.4%学生认为“顶岗实习单位工作人员实习指导不到位,把学生当廉价劳动力使用”,有27.4% 学生认为“教师作为实习指导老师,工作经验欠缺,指导不到位”,52.8% 的实习指导采取“电话联系及网络沟通”方式,32.5% 的实习单位未提供实习工资,学生实习平均月成本支出达到1328.12 元,实习成本支出较高。要提高学前教育专业学生的实习质量,学校必须加强与接收实习生幼儿园之间的合作,切实落实双导师制在实习中的指导力度,在政府主导下理顺学校、幼儿园、学生三者利益关系,建立合理的成本分担机制,切实提升学生实习的质量。 |

Current Situation of Pre-school Education Students' On-post Internship in Vocational Colleges——A Sample Survey of Graduates of Z Vocational College |

Abstract: |
In this study, graduate students of pre school education discipline from Z vocational college were surveyed. The investigation sample had 280 students. According to the survey,the students’ on post internships were mainly designed to asigh directly students to first line teaching positions. The students overall satisfaction with the internships was relatively good. But there were 50.4 % students who considered that "the internship guidance for the staff of the internship unit is not in place, and students are used as cheap laborers". 27.4% students thought that “teachers are used as internship instructors, but they lack of work experience, and guidance are not in place”. There were 52.8% internship guidance that takes the way of “telephone contacts and network communication”. There were 32.5% internship units that did not provide internship wages. The average monthly cost of student internships reached to 1328.12 yuan, it was relatively high. To improve the quality of internship for preschool education students,schools must strengthen the school enterprise cooperation, take the initiative to interoperate with internship units, and effectively implement the guidance of the dual advisor system during practice, and streamline the interest relationship of schools, kindergartens, and students under the guidance of the government. A reasonable cost sharing mechanism should be established to effectively improve the quality of student internships. |
