| 教育评估是重要的外部教育质量保障手段之一，教育评估自身的质量同样非常重要。教育评估结果的公信力是公众对评估结果的信任程度，包括信用和信任两个维度。教育评估结果的公信力取决于评估结果的一致性、准确性和综合判定，获得的基础包括评估的合法性、程序的公正性、专家的专业性和指标的合理性。要提升教育评估结果的公信力应加强教育评估机构的专业化建设、推进教育评估过程的协商共治及健全教育评估的监督与问责机制。 |

| On the Credibility of Educational Evaluation Results |

| Abstract: |
| Education evaluation is one of the important external means to guarantee the quality of education，the quality of education evaluation is very important. The credibility of education evaluation results is the degree of public trust in the evaluation results, including two dimensions of credit and trust. The credibility of education evaluation results depends on the consistency, accuracy and comprehensive judgment of evaluation results. The basis obtained includes the legality of the evaluation, the fairness of the procedure, the professionalism of the experts and the rationality of the indicators. To enhance the credibility of educational evaluation results, we should strengthen the professional construction of educational evaluation institutions, promote consultation and co-governance in education evaluation process and perfect the supervision and accountability mechanism of education evaluation. |
