中学生命科学高级教师评审中信息的价值导向及行动启示

摘要:
本文介绍了近年上海市中学生命科学高级教师评审规范,并对评审过程产生的信息进行筛选,选取了对生命科学学科课程与教学及教师专业发展有较大潜在导引价值的五条信息。对每条信息采用事实示证、原因透视、学理分析与行动建议的叙事结构作分析描述。向中学生命科学教师提出“关注经验叙事研究”“关注学生资源利用”“关注教学融通生活”“关注学科跨段课程” 和“关注学科本体素养”等五条具体建议。

Value Orientation and Action Enlightenment in Process of Senior Teacher Evaluation of Life Sciences

Abstract:
This paper introduces the evaluation criteria of senior teachers of life sciences in Shanghai middle schools in recent years, and screens the information generated by this evaluation process. Five important information were selected that have great potential guiding value for curriculum and teaching as well as teacher professional development in the field of life science. Each information is analyzed and described with the narrative structure including factual evidence, reason perspective, academic analysis and action suggestions. Then five areas of focus were proposed for the teachers of life science in middle schools:experience narrative research, utilization of student resources, integration of teaching and life, interdisciplinary courses and subject ontological competencies.
